Job Summary:
The Chief Corporate Services Officer (CCSO) is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s corporate services functions to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with business objectives. CCSO leads multiple support divisions, including Human Resources, Legal, Facilities, Administration, Procurement and Compliance, ensuring seamless integration with the company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1. Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Develop and execute corporate services strategies in alignment with the company’s vision.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate governance standards.
- Advise the CEO and management on corporate services-related opportunities & risks
2. Human Resources & Organizational Development
- Oversee HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and employee relations.
- Drive workplace culture, diversity & inclusion and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.
3. Facilities & Administration
- Manage, office operations and workplace safety.
- Optimize procurement, vendor contracts and cost efficiencies.
- Ensure smooth administrative support across the organization.
4. Financial & Operational Oversight
- Collaborate with the CEO on budgeting, cost control and resource allocation for corporate services.
- Implement process improvements and automation for operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, Business Administration, economics, public finance management, business administration, public administration, management, or other relevant field or related field
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications is advantageous
- At least 4 years of proven experience as finance and administration Manager, preferably in import, export & ICT sector
- Experience: 6+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing corporate services (Finance Admin, HR, Legal, IT, Admin).
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Leadership: Exceptional people management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities. while fostering a productive and legally sound workplace.
Senior Accountant
Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights in the import-export or ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in international trade accounting, foreign exchange, tax regulations, and financial reporting, with a focus on optimizing financial performance in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax).
- Handle foreign currency transactions, exchange rate fluctuations, and hedging strategies.
- Oversee inventory costing, COGS analysis, and logistics-related accounting (for import-export).
- Monitor project-based accounting (for ICT sector, including software/services revenue recognition).
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze variances and provide cost optimization recommendations.
- Track import/export duties, tariffs, and trade compliance costs.
- Evaluate ICT project profitability, R&D expenses, and capital expenditures.
Tax & Compliance:
- Ensure timely filing of corporate tax, VAT, customs duties, and transfer pricing documentation.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks for financial audits.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations (INCOTERMS, customs laws) and ICT sector tax incentives.
Process Improvement & Systems:
- Implement and optimize ERP/accounting software
- Streamline financial processes for cross-border transactions and multi-currency accounting.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives (e.g., automation in invoicing, expense tracking).
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Supervise junior accountants and finance staff.
- Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and procurement teams to align financial strategies.
- Advise management on financial risks, investment opportunities, and growth strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 4+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in import-export, logistics, or ICT.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of foreign exchange, customs documentation (Bill of Lading, LC), and ICT revenue models.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Industry-Specific Knowledge:
- Import-Export: Trade finance (letters of credit), freight costing, duty drawbacks.
- ICT Sector: SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606), software capitalization, R&D tax credits.
